8. Student Responsibilities
Students must:

- Disclose any medical condition affecting driving ability.
- Ensure they are fit to drive.
Students must not:
- Drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

9. Instructor Responsibilities
Our instructors will:
- Hold appropriate DVSA qualifications and approvals where required.

10. Lesson Cancellations
Student Cancellations
At least 48 hours’ notice should be provided for cancellations or rescheduling.
Lessons cancelled with insufficient notice may be charged in full.
Missed Lessons
Failure to attend a scheduled lesson may result in the full lesson fee being charged.
Instructor Cancellations
If Learn & Turn must cancel a lesson, an alternative lesson or account credit will be offered.
11. Intensive Courses
Intensive courses require advance scheduling and instructor allocation.
Course dates are subject to availability.
Changes requested after confirmation may not be possible.

12. Block Booking Packages
Lesson packages are intended for use by the named student only.
Unused lesson credits may not be transferred without written approval.
Refunds for unused hours may be subject to recalculation at the standard lesson rate.
Package discounts may be removed when calculating refunds.
13. Driving Tests
Students are responsible for:
- Booking their own DVSA driving test unless otherwise agreed.

Learn & Turn cannot guarantee:

- Test outcomes
- Driving test success
Passing a driving test remains solely dependent on the student’s performance and DVSA assessment.
14. Vehicle Use for Driving Tests
Use of a Learn & Turn vehicle for a driving test is subject to:
- Instructor approval
- Adequate driving standard
- Completion of any required pre-test assessment
We reserve the right to refuse use of a vehicle if the instructor believes it would be unsafe or inappropriate.
15. Gift Vouchers and Promotional Offers
Where offered:
- Promotional discounts cannot be combined unless stated.
- Gift vouchers are non-refundable unless required by law.
